| Donald McFarlane, Director After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, Donald worked in industry with an international entertainment group before undertaking a career in recruitment. He initially recruited finance candidates for commercial companies before specialising in recruiting in-house tax experts. After managing the international tax division of an international recruitment group he worked for two major search firms, Odgers Ray & Berndston and Korn/Ferry, where he focused on mid to senior level recruitment of finance and tax professionals before co-founding Ingenium. At Ingenium, Donald specialises in recruiting tax professionals for corporate clients and professional services firms including Cadbury, BG Group, Cable & Wireless and Deloitte. He also consults with clients and candidates in providing advice on tax recruitment market conditions, salary benchmarking, and career planning. |  |
