| Victoria Dodd runs our Research Team and is also a Consultant focusing on Expatriate Tax recruitment. She has over 15 years experience in recruitment having worked both at leading global headhunting firms including Odgers, Ray & Berndtson and specialist boutiques. Her earlier career began in HR where she worked for an international manufacturing plc and is CIPD qualified. She studied at Edinburgh University and has an MA (Hons) in Geography. Outside work Victoria likes to spend time with her 2 children and enjoys cooking and spending time at the gym, swimming or running. |

| Alistair Buchanan has a wealth of recruitment experience having worked for Martin Ward Anderson and Witan Jardine in the past. Previously Alistair has recruited within the accounting profession; both back office and audit roles, ranging from part qualified through to manager level. He productively grew an existing client base and secured new business through preferred supplier agreements and strong client relationship development. Alistair has joined Ingenium in a search and resource capacity, actively head hunting and sourcing the most appropriate candidates for opportunities within the profession and in house. |
